- The fee is $50 per pet for the whole stay, not per night, so a long weekend costs the same as a single night.
- Up to two pets per room, each under 50 lbs. The policy says pets rather than dogs, so other animals may count toward the same limit.
- The policy promises welcome treats on arrival and food and water bowls for the stay, but they’re handed out at the desk. Check in digitally and skip the front desk, and you won’t get them — ask if you want them.
- Digital check-in in the Hilton app includes a Choose Your Room step, so you can pick a low floor yourself without asking the hotel.
- The hotel is on NW Franklin Avenue at the edge of downtown Bend. Riverbend Park and the Good Dog River Trail Loop are the walks the hotel itself points to.
- The Franklin Restaurant & Bar is on site.
- Self-parking is $20 a night in an uncovered on-site lot with limited spaces.
